I’m Stacey Coleman, founder of AdjusterlYfe —a mission-driven training solution shaped by firsthand experience across workforce development, financial services, and insurance adjusting.
I began my career in the nonprofit world, helping program participants with job placement, career readiness, and skill-building—and I saw up close how hard it is to move from short-term jobs to real, lasting careers. That experience led me into the financial industry as a community development leader—connecting nonprofits and internal teams to expand economic opportunity, creating pathways that uplift people and deliver lasting impact. Later, I became a licensed insurance adjuster, handling complex claims across multiple perils and serving in senior and lead roles.
Now, I’m combining it all to bridge the gap between workforce development and industry needs—preparing the next generation of claim-ready talent while creating lasting impact in underserved communities.

I’ve worked catastrophe, daily, supplement and represented claims across multiple perils and held both lead and senior roles. I know firsthand what it takes to succeed in this industry—and what’s often missing when new adjusters are brought on board. But my story doesn’t stop there. Before launching AdjusterlYfe, I spent years in the financial industry as a community development leader—connecting internal teams with nonprofits and grassroots organizations to build economic opportunity from the ground up.
From advocating for equitable policies to designing financial solutions that met real community needs, I’ve always been focused on creating pathways that uplift people and deliver lasting impact.
